Who will clean my home?

All of the team are fully trained, carefully selected, DBS checked and usually work in two person teams. This ensures the work is carried out efficiently and effectively. We aim to have the same team work for you each time to build experience of your home and needs and relationship.

What will it cost?

Each job is unique and different and every person has different requirements therefore all jobs are quoted and agreed with individual clients to understand your needs and price is based on the size of the property, time and requirements.

How do we access the property and do I need to be there?

You don’t need to be in the property whilst we clean if you don’t want to be. Arrangements can be made before hand for access and keys. Keys are kept secured and can only be accessed by management or supervisors.

How do I pay?

Whatever is easiest for you. We can accept cash or direct bank transfer.

Does your company have insurance?

Yes, we do have insurance and can provide details if required.

Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?

Yes, we bring all of our own cleaning equipment and supplies which is included in the cost.

What cleaning supplies do you use?

All products used are eco-friendly and natural sustainable products. Our main suppliers are Bio-D and Koh. Bio-D is made in the UK from ethically sourced ingredients and our bottles are made from 100% recyclable packaging, it’s products are some of the most sustainable and environmentally friendly cleaning solutions on the market. Koh is eco-certified, vegan and cruelty-free. Our system is refillable to remove unnecessary plastic from your clean routine.

What about my pets?

We are more than happy to clean a home with pets, however on initial visit we would like to meet your pets and introduce ourselves so they can become familiar with us too.

Cancellation

Please let as know as far in advance as you can for any cancellations or to rearrange your clean. If an appointment is cancelled in under 24 hours, we may have to charge a partial payment.
